Blue-White Weekend 2012

UNIVERSITY PARK — Penn State’s dates for next year’s Blue-White Weekend have been set for April 20-22.

Festivities will begin on Friday, April 20, with the centerpiece being the annual Blue- White Game on April 21...

Class of 1961, '62, & '63 Reunion

Join the Class of 1962 for their 50th reunion on June 1 & 2, 2012- And the classes of 1961 & '63 are invited too!

I am still working with Jack Ehmann and Jack Kupert from the class of 1960 trying to organize our class of 1962's, 50th  reunion June 1 and 2 of 2012. I spent Saturday evening Nov 12th at the Ranch and had a ball. At 9:30 p.m. about 20 girls arrived from Alpha Phi and at 10:30 p.m. a different sorority (might have been Kappas) arrived. It turned out to be quite a party.

Finding Comfort in Our Community

“In a cold world, you still need your friends to keep you warm.” (The Big Chill, 1983) 

As we say goodbye to Coach Paterno, Penn Staters everywhere can take comfort in friends and in the deep sense of community that we are so fortunate to enjoy as Penn State alumni. Looking back, Joe played a role in the best times of our lives – from tailgating to Bowl trips to games at Beaver Stadium. 

For many of us, they still continue to this day. Joe’s passing reminds us of what is most important in life: our lifelong connections to those who mean the most, including our SAE brothers. 

There are plenty of opportunities to celebrate being a part of the Penn State community with the friends you met there: 

THON – February 17-19. You can honor Joe’s wish (a fraternity guy himself) by making a donation to this great cause.
